Terms of Use

About these terms
This website, resolverestorationsocal.com, is operated by Iconic Floors & More Inc. DBA Resolve Residential Restoration — CSLB #1114551 (“we”, “us”). This page explains how to use the site. By using this site you accept what is described here. If we change anything, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after we post a change means you accept it.
If damage is happening right now, call
Our contact form is not monitored around the clock and we may not see a message for hours, which matters while a loss is still active. Call us at (951) 758-8442 for a burst pipe or supply line, a slab or roof leak, an appliance overflow, a sewage backup, storm water coming in, mold, or smoke and soot cleanup once the fire is out. We answer day and night, and that lets us start dispatching while we're still on the phone.
If anyone is in danger, or there is an active fire, a gas smell or a live electrical hazard, call 911 first. We are a restoration contractor, not an emergency service.
Information on this site
Everything on this website, including our damage resources and checklists, is general information written to help homeowners understand what they are looking at. It is not professional advice about your specific property, your specific loss, or your specific insurance policy, and it is not a substitute for having someone qualified look at the damage in person.
Every loss is different. What is true for a typical burst pipe may not be true for yours. If something on this site does not match what you are seeing, trust what you are seeing and call us.
Contacting us does not start the work
Submitting the contact form, calling, or emailing us is an inquiry. It does not create a contract or a working relationship, and it does not commit us to performing any work. We begin work only after we have assessed the property and you have signed a written agreement covering the scope and the terms.
Our role in an insurance claim
Resolve Residential Restoration performs emergency mitigation: stopping the damage, drying the structure, cleaning, containment, and documenting all of it. As part of that work we provide photographs, moisture readings, drying logs, an itemized scope, invoices, and project updates directly to your insurance adjuster.
We are not public adjusters, and we do not represent you or negotiate with your insurance company on your behalf. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance company according to the terms of your policy. Nothing on this site is a statement that any particular loss will be covered, or that your insurer will pay for any particular work. Questions about your coverage, your deductible, or the status of your claim should go to your insurance company directly.
Licensing
Resolve Residential Restoration operates as a restoration division of Iconic Floors & More Inc., a licensed California contractor, CSLB #1114551. You can verify any California contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov. We use IICRC-certified technicians. The IICRC is a leading certifying body for the restoration industry.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information here correct and current, but we cannot promise that every page is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. Industry standards change, and so do insurance policies. This site is provided as is, and you use it at your own discretion. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to websites we do not run, such as review platforms, standards bodies, or state agencies. We include them because we think they are useful. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Once you follow a link off this site, their terms apply, not ours.
Copyright and content
Job photographs on this site are from our own projects. The text, logo, and design belong to Resolve Residential Restoration. Please do not copy or republish them without asking us first.
Governing law
We are a California business serving Riverside County. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about this website would be handled in the courts of Riverside County, California.
Severability
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still apply.
