Why Resolve exists.
Resolve was started in 2025 out of a hard truth: too many restoration companies take advantage of people at their worst moment. We watched families feel lost and unsupported during a crisis, and we built this company to be the opposite of that — honest assessments, plain communication, and work that stands up.
When disaster hits, it touches more than the building. That's the part most companies miss, and it's the reason we do this.
What We Do
Focused on mitigation and restoration.
Getting mitigation right early is what saves a house. We secure the property, extract water, dry the structure, remove soot and odor, and remediate mold to IICRC standards. When we leave, the space is dry and ready for the rebuild.
We focus on what we do best: emergency response, drying, and cleanup. We don't take on the structural rebuild — when reconstruction is needed we hand off to Iconic Floors & More Inc., our construction division, or to your own contractor if you already have one. Staying in that lane is how we keep response times short and the work sharp.
