A supply line under the concrete has failed, and the water is wicking up through the slab into your floors and walls.

A musty smell almost always means active mold somewhere out of sight, usually behind a wall, under flooring, or in a cavity where moisture is still sitting.

Can I clean mold myself, or do I need a pro?
For a small surface patch, careful DIY can be fine, but past roughly 10 square feet, or when it's in the HVAC or a wall cavity, it's a job for containment and a pro.

Why won't the smoke smell go away?
